Established in 1877 and now celebrating over 130 years of service, Fox & Manwaring are the oldest firm of estate agents and chartered surveyors covering Edenbridge and the surrounding villages. Our distinctive office is situated to the north of the town centre with its varied and interesting shops, dental and medical surgeries, primary school and leisure centre.

Set amidst the rolling Kent countryside, Edenbridge is served by 2 railways stations with Edenbridge Town Station providing a service of trains through Oxted and East Croydon to London Victoria/ London Bridge. A mile to the north of the town centre is Edenbridge Station with services to Gatwick Airport and London Bridge. Edenbridge offers easy road access to surrounding towns and villages including Sevenoaks, Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge and East Grinstead. Access to the M25 London orbital motorway network is approximately 8 miles at Chevening (junction 5) or 7 miles at Godstone (junction 6) which gives access to Heathrow Airport and the M23 to Gatwick Airport.

Local places of interest include, Chartwell, the former home of Sir Winston Churchill, Hever Castle and Penhurst Place. Sport is well catered for in the area with numerous golf courses and racing at Lingfield Park. The surrounding area comprises greenbelt countryside.
